If a shop appears offline, it means their desktop agent isn't currently running. You can still upload documents, and your print job will be queued. Once the shop comes online, your job will be processed. Alternatively, find another nearby shop that's currently online for immediate service.

Print jobs can be cancelled before they're processed by the shop. Once the OTP is verified and printing begins, cancellation isn't possible. For assistance with cancellations, contact the print shop directly.

Since Print Docks is a free platform, our desktop agent installer is not yet code-signed with a commercial certificate. This causes Windows SmartScreen to display a "Windows protected your PC" message. This is standard behavior for independent software and does not mean the application is unsafe. To proceed, simply click "More info" and then "Run anyway." The desktop agent has been tested and is completely safe to use.
